The first session with Nadine will be an exploratory session. This will be an opportunity to meet Nadine, find out about how she works and more importantly, what you would like to achieve. The session will last 30 minutes. You should come away knowing whether therapy is right for you, and whether you can build a relationship and rapport with Nadine.
The sessions will last 50 minutes and are usually weekly (or occasionally fortnightly). When Nadine works with you, you will be in a safe and secure environment. You will have her complete trust and attention. She will take on board all elements discussed. Nadine will be present, listening; hearing what is said, and what is unsaid, left in the unconscious. She will stay with and work with whatever is being related to her.
After attending an individual or group sessions with Nadine, you will come away having more self awareness; or at least the beginnings of an awareness of who you are. A solution you are comfortable with; maybe even closure.
Nadine has a unique perspective to her work. She is approachable, empathic, and focused on whatever you bring to her. Nadine builds up healthy relationships with her clients by being non-judgemental, non-condemning; you are free to literally speak your mind. Nadine may not have experienced what you have experienced, but can walk with you through the journey of making sense and perspective of it all.
You will come away:
- With a sense of empowerment, to see the week through
- Feeling light and a sense of something being achieved
- Feeling understood.
Face-to-face sessions last 50 minutes, on the same day and same time; agreed by you and Nadine. The sessions provide you with an opportunity to use art materials, if you choose.
All sessions are completely confidential and adhere to Professional Standards and Ethos. The space Nadine provides is for you to share your story and be listened to. Nadine continuously attends workshops, seminars and conferences to keep her up-to-date with the changing face of psychotherapy and counselling.
Location: Nadine’s sessions are located in north London and south London (Fridays only).
Skype Therapy: Nadine is available to run sessions via Skype, after an initial face-to-face session, if this is possible. The sessions will last 50 minutes, on the same day and same time, agreed by you and Nadine.
Please note: If you are currently having psychotherapy sessions with me, I believe it would not be appropriate for you to attend one of my workshops or retreats, in addition. This can blur the boundaries of our ongoing work. Please talk to me if you are considering attending a workshop or a retreat.
Payment can usually be made on the day of the session, either before or after your session. Payments can be made:

- Or invoices for organisations
