Art Therapy utilises creativity and the arts to help you explore your thoughts and emotions. Art can be used as a means of communication; this can be useful for verbalising difficult feelings.

Art Therapy puts a sense of who we are through:

  • Paint
  • Clay
  • Sand-tray
  • Writen word
  • Movement
  • Visual arts
  • Puppets

This allows the individual the freedom to express whatever they want to explore, without any restrictions.
